Q Discuss This is the follow-up to Applying Legal Concepts Part 1 and Part 2. In this activity: 1. Pick one of the three mini-case study solutions from Part 2. 2. Tell us the legal concepts applicable to the case and discuss why you believe your answers are correct using the terminology and any cases you found that support your opinion. 3. Explain why there may be more than one applicable Legal Concept in each Case Study and how you arrived at those answers (for instance, pick out a sentence or two from the case study that led you to that decision.) 4. Be sure to reply to at least two of your classmates for full credit. Remember, this is your first exercise in applying legal concepts. It is not unusual for one's first response to be different from the actual answer. The important thing is to go back and identify what it is in the case that makes a legal concept applicable to that case. In your initial post, make sure that you clearly identify the particular case and the particular legal concept you thought applied. Refer to 1.5 - Assignment: Applying Legal Concepts Part 2 to remind you of the details of the cases. After your initial post, reply to two of your peers' initial posts.
